Funäsfjällen is one of Scandinavia's most versatile winter destinations and offers a complete skiing experience for both alpine and cross-country skiers. With six unique ski areas and over 147 slopes, there is something for everyone – from wide family slopes to challenging off-piste, children's areas and well-designed snow parks. All ski areas are included in a common lift pass, Fjällpass Lift, which also provides access to night skiing and free ski buses between the resorts.
For cross-country skiers, Funäsfjällen offers one of the world's largest contiguous cross-country ski areas. There are over 300 kilometres of groomed trails and more than 450 kilometres of marked trails for touring and mountain skiing. The track system is connected by the Nordic Ski Center, which makes it possible to ski between different villages and mountains without taking off your skis. Whether you prefer easy-to-ride trails in the valley or more demanding tours on the bare mountains, there is world-class cross-country skiing.
With Fjällpass Längd you get access to the entire extensive cross-country network. For those who want to combine both forms of skiing, there is the Fjällpass Kombi – a common card that applies to both lifts and cross-country tracks. Downhill skiing
Funäsfjällen is Sweden's largest ski area and a paradise for alpine skiers. With six unique ski areas – Funäsdalsberget, Tänndalen, Ramundberget, Tännäskröket, Kappruet and Tänndalsvallen – and over 147 slopes, there is something for everyone, from beginners to experienced skiers.
Here you can enjoy freshly groomed slopes, challenging off-piste, playful parks, children's areas and cozy restaurants directly on the slopes. All this is included in one and the same lift pass – Fjällpasset – which gives you free access to the entire alpine world of Funäsfjällen.
Cross-country skiing
Funäsfjällen is home to one of the world's largest continuous cross-country ski areas – with over 300 kilometres of well-prepared cross-country trails and more than 450 kilometres of marked trails for touring and mountain skiing. Here you will find everything from easy-to-ride trails in the valleys to challenging mountain tours with extensive views.
The area includes well-known cross-country destinations such as Bruksvallarna, where the season often starts early and the trails are of high class throughout the winter. Nordic Ski Center connects the entire Funäsfjällen mountains – including Bruksvallarna – and makes it possible to ski between villages and mountain areas without taking off your skis. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cross-country skier, top-class trails and nature experiences await you beyond the ordinary.
